Star Actuarial is currently representing a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and technical leader to maintain effective Line 2 oversight of the Group’s with-profits funds and investment risks.

In this diverse and highly visible role, you will also support the wider team on overseeing financial risks on the Pensions and Savings business and customer investments. 

In addition, you will have the opportunity to shape the future business stategy by providing thought leadership on emerging risks, including ESG, that affect customer investments and with-profits funds. 

With investment strategy and ALM for with-profits funds experience, the successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of with-profits products, regulations and governance. 

You will also be an excellent communicator and problem-solver and possess sound professional judgment.
