Job Description
Are you a qualified GI actuary, looking to join a major insurer where you will make an impact in the reserving space?
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for technical solutions, for e.g., Stochastic Reserve Risk.
You will also identify and implement changes to ensure existing reserving processes are as advanced as possible, whilst also looking to the future at emerging technology to drive business solutions.
In addition, you will utilise your data manipulation skills to analyse and report on the Group's large bank of data.
With a strategic and innovative mindset, you will have an extensive knowledge of loss reserving and forecasting techniques.
You will also have demonstrable knowledge of software packages used in reserving (e.g. ResQ, PowerBI) alongside proficient core programming skills (SQL/Python/VBA).
