Snr Life Actuarial Consultant - Capital Modelling
Job Description
Star Actuarial, on behalf of a leading-edge, award-winning consultancy, is representing a fantastic opportunity for a qualified life actuary to support a wide range of insurance and reinsurance clients with capital modelling.
With a particular focus on building and validating capital models, you will support clients to embed the use of these models within their business and Solvency UK reform.
Collaborating across the business, particularly with investment and risk transfer specialists in the firm, you will also deliver on cross-practice projects.
In addition, you will make a key contribution to thought leadership while developing and shaping new propositions to take to clients and prospects.
To be successful in the role, you will have significant experience of building capital models and/or developing capital modelling methodology, as well as Solvency II/Solvency UK requirements, either ‘in-house’ at an insurer or in consulting.
A fantastic career opportunity.
