Job Description
Are you a qualified pensions administrator (PMI) with leadership experience and strong technical knowledge across DB, DC, CARE and hybrid schemes?
Then this is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consultancy in a highly flexible role where you will lead cross-functional teams in providing oversight of pensions administration for a range of clients.
In this key role, you will enhance commercial outcomes through client engagement, effective billing, and process efficiency.
You will also manage client assignments, including project delivery and relationship management.
In addition, you will lead and support strategic business change initiatives and process improvements.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will possess well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Involvement in the new business lifecycle (proposals, pitches, negotiations) is desirable.
