Job Description
Are you a GI pricing expert with a strong understanding of pricing algorithms and underwriting, with a passion for governance and control processes, looking to join a major insurance Group in a crucial resolution management role?
Then this is the perfect career move for you.
Joining our client's incident management unit within the wider pricing and underwriting team, you will provide support in collating evidence of successful control processes should an unexpected incident arise.
You will also be instrumental in providing resolution management services quickly and efficiently.
As part of your role, you will monitor and conduct regular reviews of the Group's adherence to legislation, regulation and a strong internal governance and control framework, providing recommendations for change.
Acting as a role model for effective controls and governance at all times, you will liaise frequently with senior business leaders, as well as with other technical teams, presenting findings on compliance and control outcomes and using these as a catalyst for change.
With strong problem-solving and investigation skills, the successful candidate will possess an understanding of key legislation and regulation applying to motor insurance.
Experience of Radar (or alternative pricing software) alongside of data manipulation using languages, such as SQL or Python, would be desirable.
