Are you a part-qualified or qualified GI actuary with a strong reserving background, looking for your next position within an international reinsurer?
Then look no further!
Star Actuarial is currently representing an exciting opportunity for you to manage and perform regular reserving exercises across a diverse and specialist range of business classes.
In this varied role, you will also provide support for capital modelling, including the calculation of Solvency II Standard Formula and bespoke ultimate capital modelling.
With the ability to find solutions to complex reserving problems, the successful candidate will have a track record of timely delivery of high-quality actuarial work within a Solvency II regulated environment.
Experience of Solvency II Standard Formula modelling and projecting capital for planning purposes would be beneficial.
