Job Description Apply: Pensions Risk Transfer Specialst
Our client has a fantastic career opportunity for a talented individual with relevant UK pensions experience, gained in an actuarial advisory team, to continue to develop their career within the pensions risk transfer space.
Providing support to colleagues on a portfolio of projects, you will prepare first drafts of project plans and help to deliver them to agreed deadlines.
In addition, you will assist client teams with all aspects of Risk Transfer projects as necessary (e.g. help prepare benefit specifications, undertake benefit audit work, GMP equalisation work, data verification work, member communications etc.)
You will also have the opportunity to develop risk transfer knowledge and keep abreast of changes in regulations, topical issues in the industry and the Firm's products and services.
To be successful in the position, you will enjoy working in a client-facing role and be comfortable delivering training / presentations and talking to clients and colleagues about complex matters.
You will also possess sufficient technical pensions experience to be able to review a benefit specification and ensure that membership data is consistent with the specification.
An understanding of bulk annuities from a contractual and delivery perspective also required.
A fantastic career opportunity within a fresh-thinking consultancy.
Please contact us to discuss this vacancy or for an informal discussion regarding your career goals. We are very happy to perform bespoke research on your behalf.
