Job Description

This is an exceptional position for a BPA Operations expert to ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes to BPA policyholders and members of defined benefit schemes.
As Senior BPA Admin Manager, you will be responsible for driving change and improvement, taking the lead on the strategic direction of policyholder services.
You will also work closely with multiple teams, including Implementation, Data and Technical teams, in order to ensure and maintain excellent end-to-end delivery of operational services.
In addition, you will act as mentor to other teams, employing your well-honed coaching and interpersonal skills to create and maintain a positive working environment.
With proven experience managing key, dynamic teams within the insurance/trustee customer services spaces, the successful candidate will be well-versed in driving, identifying and embedding change.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also a must.
