VP & Head of Reserving
Job Description
Leading international specialty insurer has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified actuary and non-life leader to own the M&A profitability analyses, applying reserving theory to earned and unearned exposure.
For successful deals, you will also manage the transition of the analyses to the respective reserving teams.
In addition, you will work closely with senior leadership in executing strategic projects across underwriting managers while playing a key role in the actuarial leadership team, supporting ongoing reserving projects.
With out-of-the-box problem solving skills, the successful candidate will have detailed reserving experience, ideally coupled with pricing/risk/capital knowledge.
Demonstrable project leadership skills also required.
A fantastic opportunity offering fully remote-working.
