Job Description Apply: Transaction Actuary M&A
We are currently seeking an exceptional qualified Reserving Actuary to join a leading M&A team within a major Insurer. This is a non-traditional high profile role which reports to the Chief Transaction Actuary.
You will provide actuarial analysis and reports for property/casualty targets globally to the M&A team. This opportunity would suit a high flyer, ideally with broad international loss reserving – exposure to many lines of business, direct and reinsurance, varied regulatory environments.
The successful candidate should have experience with long-tailed exposures incl. Asbestos, WC, Employers Liability as well as reserving software eg ResQ. This is a fast paced environment suited to a highly ambitious individual with an inquisitive mind;
