Job Description Apply: Syndicate Actuary
Goodman Masson are working with a Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking for a nearly or newly qualified Syndicate Actuary to join their actuarial team. This is a great role where you will get involved in the building, parameterisation, running and updating their capital model.
It is extremely varied and as well as being involved in the technical modelling you will also have direct contact with senior stakeholders across the business, including Chief Actuary and Senior Underwriters to gain expert judgements for gross losses. Being part of a small team you can also expect to work on ad-hoc pricing and reserving projects.
They are looking for someone who is newly qualified or approaching qualification, with a strong capital modelling background, ideally within the Lloyd's or London Market.
