OAC is a friendly and collaborative team with a 30-year track record of providing high quality service to the Insurance sector. Due to continued success in new business wins and increasing demand from existing clients, we are looking to recruit a talented Senior Consultant & Actuary.
About the role:
A unique opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded (qualified) actuary who is looking for their next challenge. In addition to your day-to-day technical responsibilities, you will be providing operational leadership to a Redress Solutions business unit, alongside the team lead, and assist in the management of the team of pension and investment remediation experts.
Working for the Head of the Redress Solutions you will help influence the future direction of the team. Additionally, you enable the development of the team through the appraisal system, training, CPD and knowledge transfer.

Technical Knowledge and Professional Qualifications
- You will be able to evidence a deep knowledge of the UK actuarial and pension and/or insurance market. Redress experience is not essential.
- You will be responsible for ensuring your team delivers expert actuarial and consultancy services across your client base.
- Your proven track record of building and strengthening client relationships will enable you to take a supporting role in developing strategies to grow our client portfolio through a combination of deepening of key accounts and new business wins.
