...then this is a fantastic opportunity to join a major insurer as Senior Counsel where you will provide expert legal advice and support in relation to bulk annuity and pension de-risking transactions.

A solicitor qualified to practise in England & Wales or Scotland, you will have an extensive understanding and experience of commercial and legal issues associated with pension/risk transfer transactions.

You will also possess financial services sector experience gained working in-house and/or in a private practice.
