Job Description Apply: Senior Risk Actuary
An exciting opportunity has arisen at an ambitious and growing life insurer as a Senior Risk Actuary. This role will give you extensive exposure and visibility to all aspects of the business in a commercially focused role. You will influence decision making through your analysis of business operations and will take a leading role in aspects of the ORSA process and follow-up actions/recommendations.
You will also design their SST framework and review and analyse the results of the forward-looking solvency assessment and to identify conclusions and recommendations for the executive committee. You will also gain have oversight of the first line and support the risk business partners. You will also review pricing and underwriting initiatives (e.g. assumptions review, new products etc.).
This is a commercial role with excellent visibility to the team leaders and C-suite staff across the business where you will get the opportunity to make recommendations, influence and present your ideas.
