Senior Reserving Analyst – Syndicate

This is an exciting opportunity for a part-nearly qualified Reserving Actuary to join a Lloyd's Syndicate. You will be part of a new team supporting the reserving process and production of quarterly reserve reviews.

 You will be working very closely with the Chief Actuary & Head of Reserving. As part of a small Syndicate team, you will get great exposure to the whole reserving process and Actuarial Function.

 Your key responsibilities will include:

• Calculating reserves for the business in conjunction with the Head of Reserving
• Assisting with reinsurance analysis
• Monitoring the performance of the business
• Perform reviews of the company's systems and databases
• Provide assistance to the actuarial pricing team
• Other ad hoc projects and reviews.

 The successful candidate should have between 2-5 years of relevant work experience in general insurance, possess excellent communication skills and ideally be making good progress with their actuarial exams...
