Job Description Apply: Senior Reserving Actuary - Lloyd's
Goodman Masson are working with fast growing Lloyd's Managing Agency who are looking for a nearly/newly qualified actuary to undertake a senior reserving position working across multiple entities across the business.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the core reserving and Solvency II processes. This will include
- Development, delivery and reporting for multiple entities
- Deliver Solvency II projects including Standard Formula SCR and Pillar 3 reporting
- Forecasting of company’s results inc reserve reviews for different LOBs
- Support Chief Actuary in delivery of wider projects across the business
They are looking for a nearly or newly qualified actuary with 5 / 6 years’ of insurance actuarial experience with a good knowledge of Reserving and Solvency II. They are open to looking at candidates from any Reserving background (Lloyd's, London Market, Retail) practices.
In the role you will also have some management responsibility and also have exposure to senior management. As such you will need strong communication skills. Flexible working arrangements offered for individual needs.
