Job Description Apply: Senior Reserving Actuary
Goodman Masson are currently working with a renowned Lloyds Syndicate, who are looking for a Senior Reserving Actuary to join their team. They work across 30+ lines of speciality business and this role has been introduced as they will require assistance with the overall syndicate reserving process.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Calculating and reviewing technical provisions
- Assisting in the assessment of reserve risk within the Syndicate capital model
- Assisting with business planning for the capital model
- You would acquire this responsibility immediately as a senior actuary, whilst reporting to the Head of Reserving.
They are looking for a part-qualified actuary with strong analytical and communication skills to explain their calculations/reviews to a non-technical audience. If you are interested and have 3+ years of experience in Reserving, please get in touch with Andrea Bindi:
