Job Description Apply: Senior Pricing Manager
I am currently working with a FTSE 100 company who are seeking a Senior Pricing Actuary within the Technical Pricing Team, focusing on pricing for bulk annuities.
The day to day can entail checking that pricing is consistent with profitability hurdles, capital, risk, financial reporting and operational treatments, and keeping up to date with internal, industry and commercial developments.
The role
- Lead the development of pricing basis
- Present at senior committees.
- Translate complex technical information into understandable summaries.
- Manage and mentoring your team
- Coach team members to achieve their best.
- Proactively identify, handle, and mitigate risks
The individual
- Qualified Actuary
- Risk transfer experience or strong understanding of bulk annuities
- Commercially minded
- Pricing activity experience
- Longevity and funded reinsurance experience
- Project management experience
