Job Description Apply: Senior Portfolio Analyst
Goodman Masson are collaborating with an established Lloyd’s syndicate who are looking for a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join their Portfolio Management and Business Planning Team.
This team is a relatively new function within this syndicate and was established to improve portfolio management capability, through monitoring business performance and business planning. You will be part of the underwriting function but be leveraging knowledge from other areas in the business which will involve close work with : Pricing, Reserving, Cat Modelling and Claims teams.
As a Senior Analyst you will have two junior analysts sitting beneath you in the team structure who you will be supporting, mentoring and reviewing.
They are looking for a Part-Qualified Actuary with:
- 3+ London Market Experience
- The capabilities to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous experience with underwriting (working within their team or any collaborative projects) would be beneficial
