Job Description Apply: Senior Finance Actuary
A hugely successful life insurer who are in growth mode are seeking to hire a Senior Finance Actuary for their 1st line team for a management position. This role is crucial to their running as it provides key information and analysis for their executive team including the CFO, Actuarial Function Holder and Chief Actuary. This role has significant exposure to the investor relations team and takes a focus upon asset-liability matching and hedging analysis, interacting extensively to analyse reinsurance arrangements. It’s a broad role which will have a large mix of ALM, projects, strategy and business planning, external investor relations exposure and providing MI and analysis to the executive management team.
You will support the Head of Reporting in preparing presentations and will also have direct interactions with the senior stakeholders and C-suite individuals in understanding business performance. You will have experience of working within, and management of other actuaries. You will have strong post qualified experience and will have experience of working in a senior capacity within a valuations role previously.
