Job Description Apply: Senior Capital Actuary
Goodman Masson are working with a prestigious name in the insurance industry who are searching for a Senior Actuary to join their Capital Modelling team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an actuary to join a team which will offer them a wide range of exposure. In this role, you will be given a lot of responsibility, including:
- Managing the update of the internal model
- Review and challenge internal model results
- Oversee Syndicate Capital Reviews
- Manage the model validation and model review processes
A strong capital background is needed to undertake this position. Ideally in a Lloyd's or London Market firm, though those from a Retail background will also be strongly considered. You will need to be qualified or qualified by experience for the role. Strong communication skills are needed as you will be in regular contact with senior stakeholders across different Syndicates and with Regulators.
