Job Description Apply: Reserving & Reporting Analyst
Goodman Masson are working on a unique role, with a non-life legacy specialist. They are looking for a Junior Reserving Analyst to support their global portfolio management and acquisition work.
Whilst reporting to the senior actuary in the team, your main responsibilities would include:
- Work with Claims and Finance teams to improve reserving strategies
- Supporting the Head of Reserving in the production of the Bermudan and Solvency II Balance sheet
- Quarterly reserving assessments and capital calculations
Their global work allows for a lot of variety within your role, as you will have ample opportunities to work with entities across Europe and North America.
Due to this level of exposure, they are looking for personable part-qualified actuaries with 1-2 years of experience.
You will have to have strong attention to detail and commercial awareness to ensure you understand the impact of key business decisions as well as the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
