Job Description Apply: Reserving Manager
Goodman Masson are working with a leading insurance company who are searching for a nearly/newly qualified Reserving Manager. You will report into the Head of Reserving and be in charge of the day to day running of the team overseeing the work and development of up to 4 Analysts.
Skills that the client are looking for include:
- A high level of Reserving knowledge
- Ideally you will have already worked in the London market
- Some management experience
- A strong communicator
In the role you will be responsible for operations around Reserving to make key judgments that will truly effect the business. As well as this you will also get involved in the calibration of the Capital Model and in pricing projects as they are team you will work closely with.
