Job Description Apply: Reserving/Capital Actuary
The Actuarial team at Goodman Masson have recently partnered up with an established legacy specialist who has over 30 different portfolios covering Europe and North America. This is a particularly intriguing role as they specialise in the management of the non-legacy business and are in search of Reserving and Capital actuaries to assist in their growth.
You will oversee stakeholder interactions with major insurers market-wide, who are looking to offload certain portfolios and books of business. Through the restructuring of existing reserves and capital, this is a fantastic opportunity to see specialty lines of business from a different perspective.
The role that I’m sourcing for will be a Reserving and Reporting actuary, reporting to the Senior Actuary in the team. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the Head of Reserving in the production of the Bermudan and Solvency II Balance sheet and quarterly reserving assessments and capital calculations.
If you're an actuary with at least a year of experience and are looking for a work environment with more variety, this could be the ideal role for you.
