Job Description Apply: Reserving Actuary
Goodman Masson are working with a well-known personal lines insurance company who are searching for a Reserving Actuary to lead their quarterly reserving and BAU activities across all products.
Ideally you will already be FIA Qualified, however someone who is approaching qualification would also be considered.
You will need an in-depth Reserving knowledge as you will be responsible for the quarterly Reserving function and analysis. This is a leadership role and you will need to be comfortable leading a team of 3 Analysts and presenting to senior stakeholders across the company.
You will also be responsible for operations around Solvency II TPs as well as assisting the Head of Reserving with making key judgments which will truly effect the business. You will also be responsible for the delegation of work to Junior Analysts in the team and will be tasked to challenge the Head of Reserving to make sure that the Reserving process is run efficiently.
