Job Description Apply: Reporting Actuary
If you are a nearly / newly qualified actuary open to hearing about external opportunities, you may be interested in a Reporting Actuary position within a global Insurer based in the City.
The role offers variety and diversity and a chance to work within a dynamic and challenging environment. You will also gain significant exposure to the pricing, investment and senior management teams. The main duties of the role include:
- Responsible for producing year end reporting
- Ongoing review of the business statutory and solvency position under IFRS17 and Solvency II regulations
- Managing risk and capital models, assisting with the development of the Internal Model
- Reviewing assumptions and methodology papers
In order to be considered for this position, you will have significant experience working within a UK Life insurer and be confident in the above areas. You will be a self-starter comfortable managing multiple projects with a can-do attitude.
