Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented and articulate report writer to calculate and revalue defined benefit pensions and cash equivalent transfer values.
In this unique opportunity, you will comment on the factors influencing changes to defined benefit pension benefits while valuing defined contribution pension arrangements and calculating annuities at retirement in today’s money.
You will also analyse member pension data for accuracy and completeness and follow up with scheme administrators where appropriate.
In addition, you will undertake reviews of Reports written by peers, both prose and calculations, thereby ensuring technical accuracy and readability of all Reports.
Professional qualifications within the Chartered Insurance Institute, Pensions Management Institute and The Institute & Faculty of Actuaries would be ideal but not essential.
Part-time and fully remote working also available.
Please contact us to discuss this vacancy or for an informal discussion regarding your career goals. We are very happy to perform bespoke research on your behalf.
