Modelling Consultant - GI Pricing

Leading insurer is seeking a talented modelling consultant to lead the development, implementation and testing of General Insurance pricing methods.

In this exciting and diverse opportunity, you will cover all aspects of modelling / pricing analytics, including: data analysis / manipulation; technical programming in various languages; statistical analysis; and machine learning implementation.

You will also develop and manage control cycles for pricing methods to ensure they are regularly tested and refreshed and deliver the outputs required.

In addition, you will build and maintain influential, two-way relationships with the Pricing community and Underwriting to ensure the effective delivery of pricing development objectives.

With relevant general insurance experience in personal or commercial lines, the successful candidate will possess experience of building pricing models (GLIMs and/or demand models).
