Job Description Apply: Life Actuary
Goodman Masson are recruiting for a life actuary who has solvency II experience. The newly appointed Life Actuary would be working for a growing insurer who has recently acquired the back-book of 3 million in assets and doubled in size. The business sells savings and protections.
The role is a varied Life Actuarial role which includes the opportunity to gain a variety of skills and learning opportunities working at a consultancy business with a good work-life balance, rather than turning the handle in a large organisation.
You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of actuarial positions such as:
- Solvency II valuation for a range of product lines
- Assumption setting
- Data production
- Model development
- Capital management
- With profits product
- Automation
Key Requirements:
- Part-qualified or qualified life actuary
- Experience of Solvency II
- Experience in life insurance or life insurance consulting
