International Actuarial Director: Life Reinsurance

Are you a qualified life actuary with excellent critical thinking skills with the ambition to join a global reinsurer on the beautiful island of Bermuda.

This is a fantastic opportunity to pursue your leadership career, supporting the production of our client's quarterly and year-end US GAAP financial and regulatory reporting for senior management and the Board.

Developing and improving actuarial modeling and workflows to automate processes, your work will be instrumental in increasing operational and reporting efficiencies.

In addition, you will monitor and evaluate the performance of in-force life and annuity portfolios against pricing, developing and proposing updates to valuation assumptions, as necessary.

With good actuarial modeling skills in AXIS, Prophet or Milliman’s Integrate, the successful candidate will also ideally possess advanced experience in Moody’s AXIS coupled with good knowledge of fixed-income investments and modeling.
