Job Description Apply: Internal Model / Risk Actuary
If you are a qualified actuary with a strong background in Risk, Internal Modelling and Solvency II, this role could be for you. An international Life Insurance business is looking to bring on a qualified actuary to run the internal model process and act as risk partner for the wider business. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring 1st line risk models are in line with the risk criteria of the business
- Perform 2nd line risk reviews
- Manage stakeholder relationships with all users of the internal model across the business
- Perform independent and governance related process reviews
This role would suit a risk expert with strong internal model experience. You will ideally have proficient solvency II and knowledge of either credit or longevity. From day one you will have exposure to the CRO as well as other senior stakeholders across the business.
