Internal Model Manager

Our client is seeking a qualified life actuary to play a pivotal role in the internal model team acting as the central contact point across the business for Internal Model governance.

Overseeing model change application governance, covering major and minor change applications across projects and BAU, you will maintain the Internal Model roadmap including triggers and change process.

You will also educate the business and appropriate governance committees on the requirements of the Internal Model, the Internal Model methodologies, assumptions and use test.

In addition, you will act as key point of contact for line 2 and agree scope and timing of independent validation activity with line 2 in respect of change, expert judgement and use test.

Up-to-date knowledge of Solvency II requirements, Internal Models and Model Change Applications essential.
