Job Description Apply: Head of Analytics
I am currently recruiting for a large reinsurance broker, who are looking for someone to lead their Analytics function for EMEA and report into Global Head of Analytics.
The role will entail:
- Leading a team of 30/40 people across Actuarial Advisory, Cat Modelling/Exposure Management and Strategic Advisory.
- Being the face of Analytics for EMEA.
- Meeting with clients and leading or assisting on pitches with brokers to further increase revenue and designing reinsurance structures for clients.
- Leading R+D projects to further your offerings to clients
- Will be part of the senior leadership team, so will sit on various committees and deal with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
The desired candidate will have a good network in the London Market. They also need to have proven management credentials and have led large teams.
