Head of Actuarial - Life Reinsurance

Goodman Masson are currently recruiting for a very senior leadership role at a prestigious global life reinsurer. This role has oversight of a team of 25 actuaries in their day-to-day operations of their European Corporate Actuarial function, as well as contributing to its overall strategic vision.

This role is far more of a strategic and stakeholder management focused role dealing with the executive committee and C-suite rather than focusing on the handle turning.

As the newly appointed Head of Actuarial, you will lead a team of 25+ actuarial professionals covering all aspects of actuarial reinsurance reporting including; Economic Capital, US GAAP, US GAAP LDTI, IFRS, US STAT, BMA, RBC and AAT.
