Job Description Apply: Group Capital Actuary – Midlands
This is a great opportunity for a GI Capital Modelling Actuary to join one of the UK's leading insurance companies as a the Group Head of Capital Modelling. The company and role are based in the Midlands but they can offer flexible working.
This position plays a critical role in the company as you will be key in developing the strategic development of the capital modelling and capital management structure. You will provide advice on investments, reinsurance programmes and work closely with senior stakeholders playing a major role in influencing the direction of the business.
You will also work closely with other business areas including Underwriting, Pricing, Finance and Investment, as well as presenting regularly to the CRO and Exec Board. You will be leading a team of 8 people which in time you can grow.
This is a role for a qualified actuary with significant leadership and managerial experience who is ready to take on a new challenge and responsibility beyond their traditional actuarial role.
