Job Description
Are you a part-qualified or qualified GI or pensions actuary, looking for a change in direction? Do you relish the opportunity to move to life within a major insurance Group? Do you have well-honed influencing skills?
Then this is the role for you.
This is a specialist opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that policies are managed in line with the policy provisions, policyholders’ expectations and FCA requirements.
Analysing different remediation approaches and writing options papers, you will write calcs specs, build models in Excel or Access and test IT models.
You will also handle queries relating to the use of the models while determining approaches to non-standard cases.
With experience gained from a consultancy or insurer, the successful candidate will possess a strong technical ability in analysing problems coupled with excellent Excel skills.
Candidates no longer studying for the exams will be considered.
An excellent career change opportunity within a market-leading firm.
