Are you a qualified life actuary looking to further develop your career within a global reinsurer? Do you have detailed experience of life insurance valuation and financial reporting? Do you relish the opportunity to be a thought leader within a culture of inclusivity and innovation?
Then this is the perfect role for you.
In this exceptional position, you will take responsibility for the production and analysis of financial projections, liability valuations, IFRS and Solvency II calculations across business lines in order to fulfill ambitious growth plans.
You will also assist in the testing and implementation of valuation systems and play a key role in providing guidance to team members.
In addition, you will be a thought leader in financial reporting, being instrumental in its development.
With strong numerical, logic and IT skills (including good literacy in Microsoft Excel and VBA), the successful candidate will be a natural problem-solver and team-player, while being able to operate independently.
Proficient use of AXIS or other cashflow models and Python/R would be desirable.
A fantastic career opportunity within a leading international firm.
