Job Description Apply: Financial Reporting Actuary
A growing and greatly changing life insurer are trying to hire an adaptable and flexible Financial Reporting Actuary. If you like the idea of working for a smaller company where you will get a lot of chances to impress the senior executives and to take on ad hoc projects, whilst adding value with analysis and useful insights, then this could be a great match.
You will provide oversight of the end-to-end valuation process and provide challenge/review in various areas including data, assumptions, set-up of Prophet runs and analysis of financial results. Outside of the quarterly reporting processes, the candidate will be required to provide support to a range of other BAU projects, such as experience investigations, business planning and ORSA. You might also have involvement in a range of automation projects as this company are launching into new areas and looking to improve their processes.
