Data Engineer

Insurance client is seeking a graduate or junior Data Engineer to join the Actuarial team to support the collection, structuring, cleansing and visualisation of data, to provide underwriting with an insight into risk selection.  Would suit an individual with an interest in or knowledge/experience in actuarial work or Management Information Systems within the Insurance industry with an interest in data analytics, who does not want to continue with the Actuarial exams. Experience in R and PowerBI or similar is essential, and additional skills in SQL, Powerpivot, Visual Studio or similar are highly advantageous.
