Job Description Apply: Consulting Actuary
Goodman Masson are currently working on a Consulting Actuary role with a big four company. This role gives those from a pensions Consulting background the opportunity to gain exposure to wider Actuarial services.
The role:
- Within the Retirement Actuarial team
- Covering Actuarial services from scheme funding to investment strategy and risk transfer (buy-ins, buy-outs)
- Getting involved in Business Development, coaching junior staff
- Opportunity to apply your expertise in pensions in a broader business setting, working with a diverse team of professionals, including Covenant Advisory, Legal, and Reward and Employment specialists.
The Individual:
Senior Associate level
- 3-5 years experience
- Nearly / newly qualified Actuary
- UK pensions knowledge
Manager level
- 5-7 years experience
- Qualified Actuary
- UK pensions knowledge
Experience in a Pensions Consultancy/ Retirement team working on DB schemes is preferred.
