Job Description Apply: Change Life Actuary
Goodman Masson are recruiting for Change Actuaries to improve the processes in this insurer. The new roles in this team would fit people who understand how Prophet and R are used in actuarial processes.
Your team will be setting up model development design, UAT, building/testing, mapping out new processes and developing a structure around those new approaches with the end-user in mind.
This role will be interesting as it involves problem-solving and streamlining processes. There are opportunities to interact with different stakeholders. You can also gain line management experience through this role if you wish to do so.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified life actuary (by exams or experience)
- Experience in actuarial modelling (e.g. RAFM, Prophet, Tyche, etc.) or at least one programming language (preferably SQL, Python or R/R Shiny)
- Experience in life insurance or life insurance consulting
