You'll work closely with the Global CRO, Head of Pricing and the CEO.
This team offer financial reinsurance to clients to enhance their balance sheet, either through access to trapped capital, reduction to earnings volatility or new business financing.
You will:
- Conduct assessments of potential opportunities considering deal attractiveness, counterparty creditworthiness, market conditions and regulatory requirements
- Develop and apply pricing methodologies (on a first principles basis) to determine appropriate pricing levels for each deal
- Collaborate with the wider Capital Solutions team to structure deals meeting clients' needs
No pricing experience needed, but you will be able to challenge assumptions, and will have solved complex problems (eg IFRS17 processes).
This role could is aimed at Manager or Senior Manager grade and is in a small team (no junior members are in the team). You will need to be hands on and able to deal with the most senior stakeholders in the business.
