Job Description Apply: BPA Pricing Actuary
Goodman Masson are working with a leading Life Insurer searching for a BPA Pricing Actuary.
The ideal individual will be a qualified or nearly qualified Actuary, have excellent DB Pensions knowledge, and possess commercial expertise in pension de-risking products such as bulk annuities and longevity swaps. Experience of bulk annuity modelling and pricing would be advantageous.
As part of this position, you will be accountable for:
- Creating cash flow and pricing models for BPA transactions
- Collaborating with various teams to facilitate BPA pricing and execution, such as reinsurance, asset management, capital management, and operations
- Assisting the Senior Deal Lead in handling intricate and non-standard requests
- Mentoring and guide junior team members
- Delivering presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring proper completion of internal and external deal documentation and governance
- There would also be the opportunity to contribute to various ad-hoc projects
