Job Description Apply: Associate Consultant – Boutique Consultancy
Goodman Masson are working with a boutique consultancy who are on a mission to expand their team. They are in search of a Part/Nearly Qualified Actuary to support their work across their diverse client base.
As an Associate Consultant, you will have the chance to work across Reserving and Capital Modelling on various projects. The firm advises on reserves of over £50bn, and you will support your clients on various projects including any developments in regulatory compliance and assist the firm in adapting to these changes.
As part of their Capital and Risk Team, you will support on advising clients on how best the structure and manage their risks. In this space last they advised over 70 firms on that alone!
As well as working on interesting projects, you would also be working for a pioneering company who have won multiple awards for D&I and LGBT+ initiatives in recent times. This focus on their people makes it a great place to develop as an actuary.
They are targeting part-qualified actuaries with 2-5 years of experience working within a General Insurance from a Reserving or Capital Modelling background. As well as being technically strong you need to be highly motivated and a self-starter who can communicate well with both clients and colleagues.
