Job Description Apply: Assistant Actuary – Mixed Role – Lloyd’s
Goodman Masson are working with a Lloyd’s Managing Agency who are looking for an Assistant Actuary to join their Actuarial team to work a multi-disciplined role across Capital Modelling & Reserving. This is a technical role in which you will be assisting the Head of Capital and Reserving in model development, internal business planning and risk reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuing development & enhancement of the capital model
- Quarterly GAAP and Solvency II reserving across P&C and Financial Lines
- Production of quarterly reserving committee reports and the annual Actuarial Function Report.
- Supporting the Risk Actuary on ERM
They are looking for someone with 3-6 years of experience in a Reserving or Capital focused role. If you have the skills in one specialism, you will be trained up in the other. You should also be making good progress with your actuarial exams. Interviews will be done via video link.
