A global life reinsurer are seeking to hire a Director to lead their Protection Pricing team to support tender activity, ongoing technical / pricing support and overseeing innovative solutions to improve business. You will also manage the Protection Pricing team, with a focus on growing and developing a high-performing team of individuals.

This requires an innovative thinker and strong people manager who possesses strong stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness. This is a high-profile and visible role which faces off extensively with C-suite individuals across the business including the CPO, MD of protection and CEO.
