The retirement team works on cutting edge projects such as the recent high profile de-risking work featured in the press. We also work with more of the FTSE 100 than any of our competitors and are part of a global organisation, giving you unrivaled opportunities for varied and interesting work.
You will apply your consulting, actuarial, and project management expertise to a wide variety of clients and projects including scheme valuation and design, financial reporting, investment strategy, liability de-risking and settlement exercises. Working as part of a team, and collaborating with investment and risk consultants as appropriate, you will help both trustee and corporate clients achieve their objectives for their defined benefit pension plans.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Newly qualified or part qualified actuary - FIA qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience of working on UK pensions schemes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Commercial acumen and ability to see “the big picture"
