Job Description
Seeking a talented individual to develop and deliver an independent risk price for a defined product range to deliver accurate risk cost, optimise premium strength and provide insight into the drivers of cost inflation in accordance with Price Strategy.
In this exciting career development opportunity, you will design, implement and continuously improve tests to ensure the integrity, confidence and accuracy of all risk rate models, supporting the quality assurance process.
You will also analyse and recommend options for changes to product coverage, underwriting rules and individual risk offer thresholds to ensure decisions are informed with technical input from a risk cost perspective.
With experience of working in a pricing team with direct responsibility for pricing outputs, the successful candidate will be studying towards one of the following: ACII, Accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA), MBA or FIA.
You wll also possess experience of building and using risk pricing models and setting risk rates alongside relevant general insurance experience in personal or commercial lines.
