Job Description Apply: Life Investments Actuary – Investment Bank - ALM
I am working exclusively with a prestigious globally renowned investment bank who are seeking to hire an Actuary within their European Insurance Solutions practice, focused on the European Life Consolidations market.
The team undertakes principle investments through different transaction types in life insurance portfolios, predominately for BPA transactions. They have a large presence in the industry and have transacted numerous swaps to finance these deals.
This role would work closely with the securitisation and structuring teams internally as well as facing off with clients to discuss their hedging strategies externally. This would suit an ambitious actuary who is between nearly qualified to 3 years PQE level with a strong modelling background but with strong client-facing skills too. You will have a grasp of matching adjustments, and any prior ALM experience would be beneficial. This is a highly visible industry role that will boost your personal profile significantly.
