Job Description Apply: Actuarial Manager - Mid-Size Consultancy
This role is with an exciting mid-size consultancy who are looking to hire a Manager into their team. You will have the chance to work across Reserving, Capital Modelling, Validation and Risk on various projects. As a Manager, you can expect to take ownership of projects both large and small, whilst building your own portfolio of clients.
You should have 4 plus years of experience working within a General Insurance team from any background, but it is desirable that you have a good grounding in Reserving or Capital, though this is by no means essential.
My client is open to looking at candidates who are not yet qualified and also those who are fully qualified. As well as being technically strong you need to be highly motivated and a self-starter who can communicate well with both clients and colleagues. You will be expected to keep up to date with developments and trends in the GI market and push yourself to further your knowledge about it. As a result of this, you will develop your commercial intelligence and entrepreneurial skills.
